The GALLITO slide is a leather-wrapped memory foam molded footbed sandal (now that’s a mouthful!) The molded footbed will provide arch and overall foot support and the memory foam will give cushion to the sole. The upper is 100% leather and the outsole is rubber for an easy all-surface grip. This construction is about 50% sustainable with an outsole that is 100% recyclable and 40% recycled. Our footwear is meant to be in your closet for a lifetime. Wear them forever, they only get better.
We have updated our fit! We refined the shape of the sole and adjusted the length a half size longer. The toe area is more rounded so the toes rest more comfortably on the insole and do not rub up against the rim. Runs true-to-size. For our “half size” friends, we recommend sizing up. As is the case with all nice leather, we recommend wiping clean with a damp cloth and conditioning the product 2-3 times a year (we sell conditioner now on our site!) These sandals are made to last – so treat them with love!
